According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Bruce Whitenack, 44 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 27th for driving on a suspended driver’s license, reckless driving, and possession of an open container of alcohol.
Jennifer Pollard, 51 of Sidney, was arrested on April 28th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Joseph Langston, 26 of Norfork, was arrested on April 28th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Dylan Sanders, 34 of Dolph, was arrested on April 29th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Elec Paul, 22 of Sidney, was arrested on April 30th for public intoxication.
Gavin Schales, 23 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on May 1 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing governmental operations.
