
Early Wednesday morning, a man from Salem, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries when he swerved the motorcycle he was driving to avoid a deer and ran off the road. The accident happened on Missouri 19, eight miles north of Eminence.
Wednesday afternoon, two teenage girls were injured in an accident in Ozark County. The Highway Patrol reports that a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old girl from Gainesville both suffered minor injuries when the vehicle driven by the 16-year-old traveled off the road and overturned. Both girls were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 578, a half mile south of Elijah.
Last night, four people were injured in a three-vehicle accident in Texas County. The Highway Patrol reports that a 12-year-old boy from Success suffered moderate injuries, and a 29-year-old man from Success, a 44-year-old woman from Bucyrus, and a 51-year-old woman from Cabool all suffered minor injuries when the woman from Bucyrus attempted to make a turn and was hit by the vehicle driven by the man from Success. The vehicle driven by the man from Success then crossed the centerline and hit the vehicle driven by the woman from Cabool. The accident happened on Missouri 17, three miles south of Bucyrus.
