30-year-old Destiney Faye Bearden is charged with first-degree child endangerment-serious physical injury and DWI-serious physical injury. Bearden was involved in an accident on April 24th in Ozark County, and authorities say a child in the vehicle was not fastened in a secure child restraint. The child suffered serious injuries and was flown to Cox South in Springfield. First responders at the scene reported that Bearden appeared to be extremely impaired before law enforcement arrived. A warrant was served for her arrest with a $5,000 bond.
