Traffic was reduced to one lane after the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call around 4:30 yesterday afternoon of a vehicle fire on highway 63. the Fire was in Black Rock and the vehicle was fully involved. The Driver of the vehicle told authorities that the check engine light came on and then they noticed smoke coming from the rear of the vehicle. The driver and two passengers escaped without injury.
