A man from Houston Missouri is being held on $200,000 bond after he was arrested for fleeing from police. 37 year old Rocky Morgan allegedly fled from police with the pursuit reaching speeds of up to 75 mph before Morgan drove through a yard and hit a tree. Morgan is charged with felony fleeing. Bond was set at $200,000
