Independence County Authorities have arrested a man for internet stalking. 40 year old David Alan Duncan was arrested after the Sheriff’s Department was notified that Duncan was trying to solicit sex from an underage child on social media. Duncan was taken to jail and information from his interview at the Sheriff’s Office has been turned over to the prosecuting attorney.
