A woman from Hartville has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after admitting her role in the death of a five year old. Bobbie Jo Scott pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. In July Scott and Co-defendant Cory Gass left three children home alone so they could go pickup a pay check. The five year found a loaded shotgun, fired the weapon and died. Gass will be in court on January 25th.
