A man from West Plains has been arrested on several charges. 29 year old Jacob Aaron Sims was arrested on a charge of second degree burglary and a charge of Failure to appear on charges of possession of controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon/possession of a weapon and controlled substance. His bond was set at $21,000.
