A woman from Norfork Arkansas has been arrested for hitting two children with a vehicle as they were waiting on the school bus in November. 57 year old Carol Bovaill is charged with 2 felony counts of battery first degree, a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated drugs, and for careless and prohibited driving. The incident happened on November 8th on third and main street in Norfork. The two children, a 15 year old male and a 13 year old female both required emergency medical care. A bench warrant was issued on January 15th and Bovaill was arrested yesterday. She is being held on $20,000 bond
