A teenager from Licking was injured in a one vehicle accident early Sunday morning. 19 year old Sydney Breedlove suffered moderate injuries when the vehicle driven by 19 year old Daniel Deluca of Rolla traveled off the road and hit a bridge. Breedlove was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Deluca was arrested by the Highway Patrol on charges of felony second degree assault, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, property damage in excess of $1,000, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle accident, minor in possession, no seat belt and making a false report. He was taken top the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold. The Accident happened around 4 Sunday morning on Schaffer Road about 4 miles northwest of Licking
