Flu season is definitely here and hitting some area school hard. In Mountain Home, classes were cancelled for Thursday and Friday because of the high number of absentees due to illness. More than 900 students were absent from class on Wednesday. School officials say the staff will be working to deep clean and disinfect the school buildings.
