A Hardy Arkansas man has been arrested for breaking into Horton’s Music and stealing a guitar valued at $1,500. Robert Edward Andrews was arrested and allegedly admitted to breaking the glass on the door, entering the business and taking the guitar. The Guitar as found in a garage can and still had the tags from Horton’s music, it had several large scratches and damage to one of the control knobs. Andrews was charged with commercial burglary, criminal mischief, DWI number 2, DWI refusal, and violation of an order of protection.
