A Baxter County man has been arrested for failure to appear. 23 year old Kevin Gertz is charged with stealing almost $400 from the grandmother of his girlfriend by using information taken from her bank debit card. He faces 4 felony counts of forgery and 4 misdemeanor counts of theft of property. He is being held without bond.
