
A man from Batesville faces 11 counts of forgery after his arrest. 26 year old William Figueroa allegedly tried to pass counterfeit $20 bills at Wal-Mart in Batesville. Figuroa is charged with 11 counts of first degree forgery. If convicted, each count carries imprisonment of not less than 5 years nor more than 20 years or a fine not exceeding $15,000 or both a fine and imprisonment.
