Johnathan Lee Johnson was arrested on 5 counts of first degree statutory rape of a person less than 12 years old and 2 counts of child molestation. Johnson was arrested Wednesday after an investigation by the West Plains Police, Children’s Division, South Central child advocacy Center and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
