A man from West Plains face drug charges after his arrest earlier this week. 28 year old Michael Shane Rhoads is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon/possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance. He was released on $10,000 bond.
