The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports three arrests. 60 year old David Franklin Dobbs was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of third degree domestic assault. Bail was set at $500. 34 year old Meade Willis Goode of Willow Springs was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation on a conviction of unlawful possession of a firearm. He is being held without bond. 30 year old Anita Michelle Watson of Caulfield was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of distribution of a controlled substance. She is being held without bond.
