A man from Licking was arrested by the Highway patrol Saturday night in Texas County. 48 year old Christopher Giller was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance-meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-meth, and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was taken to Texas County jail then released.
