A man from Doniphan was arrested Friday on felony drug charges. The Missouri State Highway patrol reports that 55 year old Robin Cogle was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance-meth, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to Ripley County jail.
