A Former recorder/treasurer in Bull Shoals has pleaded no contest and was found guilty of theft. Kimberly Williams entered the plea. she was accused of taking $2,320 she said was owed to her as severance pay after leaving her position as treasurer. Williams was given a 4 year suspended sentence and was placed on probation.
