A man from Flippin has been charged with Rape and child pornography. 21 year old Michael Kisor was arrested after allegedly soliciting a 12 year old female for sex and nude pictures. Kisor is charged with a felony count of rape and two felony counts of computer child pornography and possession of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Kisor’s bond was set at $50,000 and he was ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
