A Mountain View Arkansas man has been charged for filing a false report. 52 year old Willard Moyers allegedly filled three pages with lost or stolen property with an estimated value of $34,000. Moyers allegedly told police that a woman he lives with stole tools, televisions, tool boxes, an air compressor and a generator. Moyers say that Moyers is on video at he jail telling what really happened. Moyers bond was set at $10,000.
