A man from Hardy has been arrested for a second time in less than a week. 27 year old Alexander “Blake” Rouse was arrested after allegedly cashing a fake $100 bill. He was charged with felony forgery and bond was set at $2,500. Rouse was arrested less than a week before the forgery incident for the theft of a four wheeler.
