A West Plains man has been charged after allegedly shooting at his tenants. 52 year old William Clint Balfantz was arrested on charges of felony unlawful use of a weapon/exhibiting. He allegedly shot at two tenants at his property on JJ highway. He was arrested and released on a summons.
