A man from Ava has been acquitted by a jury in the death of his uncle. David Aborn was charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of his uncle, John Aborn. David Aborn’s father was also charged in connection with the murder and was found not guilty. the Shooting happened in January 2017 in Eastern Douglas County.
