Fulton County authorities report the arrest of a man on drug charges after he was stopped speeding on highway 9 south. 34 year old Joseph Lyons was arrested on five felony drug related charges. When Lyons was stopped they found that he had an active search waiver on file. a search of his vehicle uncovered a drug residue and paraphernalia. When he was searched they found 2 baggies, containing a white crystalline substance that field tested positive as meth. Lyons bond was set at $25,000.
