Three young Ava teens were injured in a UTV accident Saturday south of Ava. The Highway Patrol says that 14 year old Ivy Nelson suffered moderate injuries, and 13 year old Lauren Etheridge and 14 year old Addison Wallace both suffered minor injuries when Wallace lost control of the UTV on gravel and overturned. The accident happened on Private property on highway A about 9 miles south of Ava. Nelson and Etheridge were both taken to Cox South in Springfield.
