A Mountain Home man who fled from police after a traffic stop has been arrested. 35 year old James Lally fled, refusing to comply as the officer drew his weapon. A search of the vehicle that Lally was a passenger in, uncovered an AR-15 with 20 rounds in the magazine. Lally is charged with felony possession of a firearm by certain persons and misdemeanor counts of contempt of court, non=payment of fines and fleeing. His bond is set at $1,780
