A Gainesville man who was injured in an accident Saturday night has been charged with drunk driving. The Highway Patrol reports that 28 year old Joshua Hardison suffered serious injuries and a passenger in the car, 20 year old Jordan Henderson of Protem suffered moderate injures, when Hardison crossed the center line, ran off the road and overturned the car he was driving. Hardison was flown to Cox South in Springfield. Henderson was taken to Baxter Regional medical Center. Hardison was also charged with DWI, no insurance, careless and imprudent driving, no seat belt and supplying alcohol to a minor. The accident happened on U.S 160 east of county road 814
