Warrants have been issued for a man from Lakeview who allegedly shot at a neighbors house. 46 year old David Tiskus allegedly was shooting at imaginary people he thought were trying to kill him and shot a neighbors house. Tiskus has missed several court appearances, missing appearances in October, December in 2018, and February and March on this year. the Court has ordered that Tiskus not have any contact with the neighbors and the case will be placed in an inactive status until his arrest.
