The Arkansas Highway Commission has approved the bid from West Plains Bridge and Grading LLC to make improvements to a roadway in Sharp County. They will replace a bridge on state highway 354 over Hurricane Creek. The Bid from West Plains Bridge and Grading LLC was for $1,183,400. Construction is scheduled to start in a couple of weeks and is expected to be finished late this year.
