A Mountain Grove woman was arrested by the Highway Patrol on Friday on felony charges. 42 year old Mandi Perkins was arrested for making a false declaration, identity theft –fraud, a felony warrant for probation violation, a felony Douglas County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. She was taken to the Wright County jail and is being held without bond.
