A West Plains man was arrested by the Highway patrol last night in Howell County. 24 year old Jordan Gutierrez was arrested on a felony Wright County warrant for possession, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, careless and imprudent driving and misdemeanor assault. He was taken to Howell county jail and is being held without bond.
