Ozark County Sheriff Darrin Reed Featured In State Publication

A Local Sheriff is one of the subjects of the featured article in the Spring 2019 Missouri Sheriff’s Association Magazine. Ozark County Sheriff Darrin Reed is featured in the article called Good Stewarts. Sheriff Reed has been the Sheriff in Ozark County since January of 2013.  The Article highlights Sheriff Reed’s career in law enforcement beginning in 1984 as a jailer for the Howell County Sheriff’s Department.  The Sheriff talks about injuries he has suffered with through out his time as Sheriff including having his neck broken in four places, his lower back broken and his deltoid muscle torn by people unwilling to go to jail.
