Authorities in Randolph County have arrested a man on suspicion of rape. Last Thursday, Andrew Jefferson Huttig was arrested for suspicion of 5 counts of rape, three counts of second degree sexual assault, two counts of incest, and three counts of sexual indecency with a child.
