The Highway Patrol arrested a woman from Ellsinore yesterday in Carter County. 48 year old Angela Griffin was arrested for felony possession of meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and failure to display valid license plates She was taken to Carter County jail then released.
