A Mountain View Arkansas Man has been arrested for stealing a woman’s wallet and attempting to use credit and debit cards. 26 year old Clifford Lee Watson II allegedly entered the woman’s vehicle and stole her wallet from her purse. He is charged with breaking or entering, felony theft of property, non-financial identity fraud and misdemeanor theft . He will also be charged as an habitual offender. He is being held without bond.
