Two people from Rolla were injured in an accident Thursday afternoon south of Roby in Texas County. The Highway patrol reports that 28 year old Ashley Wortman suffered moderate injuries and 43 year old Russell Thomas suffered minor injuries when Wortman drove off theroad and hit an embankment and a tree. The accident happened on Bell Road about 5 miles south of Roby around 5 Thursday afternoon.
