An Izard County woman has pleaded guilty to first degree murder charges. 23 year old Cydney Taylor of Dolph entered the plea and was sentenced to 20 years in prison, Taylor allegedly stabbed 29 year old Joseph Stefka of Horseshoe Bend in April of 2018.
