A Salem Arkansas woman has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 19 month old girl drown in a bathtub in West Plains. Authorities have charged 21 year old Breyanna Gray with second degree involuntary manslaughter. Gray allegedly left the child unattended in a tub for several minutes. When she returned the baby was under water. Gray allegedly told authorities that she left the little girl to go make a bottle for another baby. Gray also said that this was not the first time she had left the baby alone in the tub.
