A Van Buren Man was arrested on felony drug charges Monday. 36 year old Shane Welch was arrested by the Highway Patrol for felony possession of meth, and felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
