West Plains police are investigating a report that three men attempted to force a 13 year old boy into their vehicle. Police responded to a residence on Crestwood Circle for a disturbance involving a male juvenile. The 13 year old was allegedly approached by three men, two white and one black male who attempted to grab him and place him in their vehicle. The suspects fled before police arrived. The victim decribedthe the three as two white males, heavy set and bald and a black male with short dreadlocks and both sides of his head shaved.
