A traffic stop and pursuit in Independence County leads to the arrest of a man wanted by the Arkansas board of Parole. Richard Hall of Pine Bluff was arrested after a deputy tried to pull him over in Batesville. Hall drove away and into a field then fled on foot. Deputies use a K-9 to locate him and found two sandwich bags with marijuana on him. Hall was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended license, one or no headlight, expired tags, fleeing in a vehicle, fleeing of foot, and possession of a schedule VI less than four onces, in addition to the parole arrest. Hall will be in Court in Independence County May 29th.
