The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a woman from Mountain Home Monday afternoon. 56 year old Patricia Dougherty was arrested in Polk County on charges of three counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodine/xanax/adderall. She was given a summons and released.
