The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a man from Norfork on multiple drugs and weapons charges. 32 year old Joshua David Dunn is charged with felony charges of possession of a controlled substance meth, with the purpose of delivery, 3 counts possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with the purpose of delivery, 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a defaced firearm, and criminal use of a prohibited weapon, a sawed off shotgun. He also faces misdemeanor charges of theft of services and obstructing governmental operations. He will also be charged as an habitual offender. He is being held on $20,000 bond. He will be in court May 30th.
