Arkansas got a double dose of good news when Iowa transfer  Isiah Moss committed to the Hogs Wednesday night following Cal transfer Conner Vanover’s  pledge to the Razorbacks that morning.

Moss, 6-5, 208, took an official visit to Arkansas over the weekend and then took a visit to Kansas right after that. Prior to his KU visit, his father announced Arizona State and Oregon as the other two schools in the mix. HawgSports.com learned through sources on Tuesday that Moss would instead be making a Wednesday without visiting Oregon or Arizona State. Wednesday is the final day of the month-long regular signing period.

Moss averaged 9.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game this past season for the Hawkeyes

Vanover, 7-3, 225, announced his commitment to the Hogs via Twitter Wednesday morning. Vanover chose the Razorbacks after taking official visits at Vanderbilt and in Fayetteville last week. He first de-committed from Cal via a Twitter post Wednesday morning:

Due to NCAA transfer rules, Vanover will be forced to sit the 2019-20 season and have three years of eligibility remaining beginning in the 2020-21 season.

Vanover is a Little Rock (Ark.) native who attended Baptist Prep prior to finishing his high school career at Findlay Prep in Henderson (Nev.). As a heavily-recruited high school prospect, Vanover was offered but not considered a priority target for former Arkansas head coach Mike Anderson.
