A man from Midway, who faced charges in three counties was in court in Baxter County Thursday. 46 year old Raymond Scott Chappell pled guild in March to having inappropriate sexual contact with his brother’s 12 year old daughter. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison and then 8 years probation. He was also ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
