A man from Eminence faces charges after allegedly giving a teen wine and touching her in a sexual manner. 30 year old Adam Mahan is charged with statutory sodomy, deviate sexual intercourse with a child less than 14 years old, third degree child molestation and first degree endangering the welfare of a child.
