The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 2 people from Mountain View were injured in a one vehicle accident in Shannon county about 5:30 Thursday afternoon. 59 year old Kenneth Coolbaugh suffered serious injuries when he ran his truck off county road 670 east of “T” highway and hit a tree. Coolbaugh was flown to a Springfield Hospital. A passenger, 55 year old Robert Conley had minor injuries.
