The Old Time Music/Ozarks Heritage Festival continues today in the downtown area of West Plains. Activities begin at 12, and run until 9 tonight. The festival features music, on a couple of different stages, throughout the day. Vendors, food, Artisans, demonstrations, crafters and more. This is the 25th year for the Old time Music/Ozarks Heritage Festival in West Plains.
